I am so grateful to NAM AND RESTORATION 1!!! I mean the ABSOLUTE BEST in communication, timelines, knowledgeable of job, I myself have learned a few things!! I never write recommendations, but this team was so fantastic that I felt like I should. They were prompt, courteous, efficient, and just went above and beyond what they were asked to do. While everyone was a blessing, if you call and get Demetrius, Kyle or Davonte on your team, count yourself extremely blessed! Liz was awesome as well!
We recently had a slow water leak from our water heater. By the time it became evident by a big wet spot in our dining room carpet, we had a pretty fair mess to deal with. A pipe burst at my house January 17. It was traumatic. The plumber was able to get there within 20 min, and they highly recommended Restoration 1 for the clean-up process. They came to my house within an hour and set up about 17 blowers. We all established a relationship as I had them in and out of my house for 3 months bc I found out they could head up every step of the restoration.
