I was looking for a barber for a beard trim to clean it up since I'm going to a wedding this weekend. I hate getting my beard trimmed and don't trust many barbers since the last two hacked on it. This barber shop is legit. After my previous barber retired I was lost trying to find someone to tame a luxurious beard and a hair that is fading. I have been to some bad places and ok places but Brian is top notch. Treating my beard with the respect it deserves and fade that blends in. Some people look for a forever home and others look for a forever barber. I think I found my barber to last through the ages. I would definitely recommend Brian and his shop.

Great cut and free beer. This is a cool little place the guy gives a great hair cut. Fridge with cold drinks. Washes your hair trims beards. I am excited cause it's close to home too.

Retro Barbershop is awesome. I really liked the laid back vibe with lots of dark wood and antique type fixtures. The barber / owner is fantastically skilled and precise. This is the coolest looking haircut I've gotten in a while. In fact, it's a shame that such a nice haircut is wasted on a minivan-driving dad type like me. As a previous patron of bustling and popular places like Bird's and Finleys, Retro was really impressive. It was a similar service taken to a classier, higher-quality level. I've found my new barber!

Took my fiancée here, and what an awesome place! Awesome location, and nice atmosphere. You can tell Brian absolutely loves what he does. My fiancée loved the fact that he had TWO hot towels during his haircut. :p Brian has great attention to detail. His work looks awesome! Every guy should try his services out! Treat yo self!

I've been looking for a great barbershop in Round Rock for quite some time. I tested other places out, and while I liked some of them, they weren't exactly what I was looking for. Finally, I found it! Retro Barbershop has what you're looking for in a barbershop. The owner, Brian, cut my hair the past few times. He's awesome. Clean place, good mellow music, and the dude Brian is super nice. Can confirm the classic/contour and beard trim was 10/10. The only con is that is pretty expensive compared to other barbers in the area. I justify the cost considering I visit so infrequently, but it's the best cut in the area and worth it.
