Why I switched Pros: Best price! Easy set-up and works great! Our business is growing and we needed a software program that could grow with us. Having the ability to add an integrated door system that would allow our members and residents to have 24/7 access and keep the business secure is why we switched. Easy to operate! Pros: The product management makes it easy to run a product store from my mobile phone. Easy to customize as well! Cons: The digital waivers were a challenge to get going, but once they were created it made it easier for my customers to access.
Superb Gym Software Pros: Easy to use platform and the price is just amazing. They also recently added Door access entry which allows my business to run on its own. Cons: I wish they could include a POS together with this software. This would allow me to just pay for one software fee than to pay for another software just to charge pos Overall: super responsible customer service reps
Working with RF Software for over a year now Pros: The software provides everything I need. Cons: It is a little bit to much Cross Fit oriented. Overall: Overall I have a good experience with it. If it would not be for the pop ups to review, even after a review was written.
Love Rhino Pros: Everything is in one place. I am absolutely happy that I came across this software Cons: I wish that even the non credit card payers still popped up daily so we can know without a doubt who’s bills are due daily in on place Overall: It definitely helped my new business “a gym” take off and put it all in one place
Great calendar tracking Pros: love the ability to check this daily and see what is scheduled easily. also like that it will change the date on it's own. Cons: none.

Door Management Pros: I like that RhinoFit can handle all aspects of my studio in one program. I can accept payments, secure door access and send workouts or alert members of upcoming events. Cons: Still trying to understand barcode scanning and why it does not beep or alert you if a member is not current.

Easy to Use Pros: It is simple and does pretty much everything I need. Cons: A few features I wish it had but they are nit picky. Overall: It has been excellent!

Rhino review Pros: Ease of use. Waiver options. Customer tracking Cons: No PayPal integration. Not many complaints after that. Great product Overall: Amazing customer service. Very helpful and on top of everything.
