Great product! Pros: It’s easy to use and it has a lot of great features. The dashboard is laid out neatly. Each member has a dashboard that’s easy to understand. Cons: Going back to recharge those who have a failed charged is confusing. The kiosk doesn’t give me an accepted sign when people pay for drop ins. I would like to know for sure if a payment went through Overall: The support staff is excellent. Every time I call for help I never get put on hold. The software is easy to use. And the cost is great!

ANIfit Pros: Easy to use and in laptop and smartphones Cons: Color interface would be better in other color than red even for customers and users Overall: Best software in price and quality

Great for my boxing gym Pros: Great price, great customer service, and very user friendly. Cons: Not many features. Sometimes there are issues with the membership options and automated messages. Overall: Keeps my business running smoothly, a necessity for my business.

Years of Great Service Pros: It works. We've used RhinoFit for about 4 years now, and it works as it should, helps us keep our business running, and I love it. Cons: Workout tracking is not really functional. I also wish our members could check in on their phone. Overall: Put simply, it works. We never have problems with receiving payments, tracking members (who check in), and making sure the membership/payment aspects of our operations is working.

CrossFit Brute Lab Pros: The customer service is outstanding. Streamlined the process to get the business automated and running smoothly so our staff can stick to coaching and made our administrator's life at work easier. Cons: Would love a leader board to "game-ify" the client experience.

RhinoFit allowed us to focus on building and marketing our gym rather than the technology Pros: It is intuitive and easy to setup. Easy to integrate with our web site. Seems to have features to support everything we can think up. Cons: There are features that don't work the way I would have expected. Not saying they're the wrong way, but it takes some time and experimentation to get a solid handle on everything. That said, I wish I could create test accounts and delete them when I'm done. RhinoFit Pros: The different options for reports and how to filter between them to look at members info. Cons: The bill management feature is difficult at times because you have to manually delete and cancel old bills one at a time.

We love RhinoFit Pros: I like that it is easy to use and user-friendly. Cons: There is some functionality that is not available that we need like email automation Overall: Until we develop our own app/software we are with RhinoFit for the long haul

Great Product Pros: Very easy to use. We like that it is user friendly. Cons: Team was willing to work diligently to get things set up with us. Tough to understand the process for set up but we figured it out. Overall: Good.
