Great so far Pros: I am just in the trial phase with this program, so there are many features I have not been able to use yet. But from what I have used, everything seems great. I like the individual profiles for customers as well ss the calendar website integration. Cons: I am considering having 24/7 access to my facility. What I like least is that I cznnot research basic cost of that feature without setting up a demo and call with the sales department.

good stuff Pros: the ease of use was good. navigating through billing made easy Cons: low interactive with my customers is definitely a minus Overall: was acceptable

Great resource for the money Pros: The different functions are great for the price. Cons: The site seems to be slow at times to upload.

Malfunctioning functionality Pros: free up to 20 active member, this is great when your start your business Cons: membership package does not automatically adjust after each class. Overall: disappointed

RhinoFit Dojo Necessity! Pros: The product is simple and easy to implement. Our dojo was able to convert and begin using the software within one business day. It was literally an overnight turnaround. Cons: The software lacks an ad-hoc notification system. We would love to be able to flag students so that when they log in at the kiosk they are presented with a custom message that we have flagged them for. Client manager for smaller/private clubs/studios. Pros: Mobile adapting- from cloud to phone abilities. The pricing is decent for what you can manage. Customer service reps are well versed but a bit slow to respond on critical issues. Cons: A bit of a lag switching from screen to screen also reporting is quite slow to email. Kiosk reporting is tedious and a multi-step process. Calendar is only available on a monthly view, an option would be the weekly or daily view. Why I switched Pros: Best price! Easy set-up and works great! Our business is growing and we needed a software program that could grow with us. Having the ability to add an integrated door system that would allow our members and residents to have 24/7 access and keep the business secure is why we switched. Easy to operate! Pros: The product management makes it easy to run a product store from my mobile phone. Easy to customize as well! Cons: The digital waivers were a challenge to get going, but once they were created it made it easier for my customers to access.

YOU NEED QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION Pros: Member Management, waiver tracking, it does everything we need it to minus quickbooks integration Cons: ITS NOT INTEGRATED WITH QUICKBOOKS!!!!! ITS 2019 GET WITH THE PROGRAM!!! WE WILL BE SWITCHING SERVICES IF IT IS NOT INTEGRATED SOON!! Overall: We like everything but the lack of quickbooks integration is becoming a dealbreaker
