Easy To Use and Feasible Pros: I like that it's so easy to get familiar with and use. I also like that it provides all of the functions that I need to run my facility. I like the low software and transaction fees as well. Cons: I honestly like everything about Rhinofit Overall: With Rhinofit I was able to go from manually running cards on stripe with my own very confusing method, to having a business where cards are run automatically, removing a lot of stress from my life. Good pricing Pros: The website is easy to navigate and setting up new members is a breeze. Cons: The time it takes to process payments via ACH is slow. 10 + days seems like a long time for the money to hit the account. Card payments are faster but cost more. So its a toss up.

Excellent Pros: I love it, it has all the features we need as a wrestling/grappling gym. I havent used all the features I would like but I'm sure I'll love them. Cons: I was super confused at first but had it down in no time.

Great so far Pros: I am just in the trial phase with this program, so there are many features I have not been able to use yet. But from what I have used, everything seems great. I like the individual profiles for customers as well ss the calendar website integration. Cons: I am considering having 24/7 access to my facility. What I like least is that I cznnot research basic cost of that feature without setting up a demo and call with the sales department.

Malfunctioning functionality Pros: free up to 20 active member, this is great when your start your business Cons: membership package does not automatically adjust after each class. Overall: disappointed

RhinoFit Dojo Necessity! Pros: The product is simple and easy to implement. Our dojo was able to convert and begin using the software within one business day. It was literally an overnight turnaround. Cons: The software lacks an ad-hoc notification system. We would love to be able to flag students so that when they log in at the kiosk they are presented with a custom message that we have flagged them for. YOU NEED QUICKBOOKS INTEGRATION Pros: Member Management, waiver tracking, it does everything we need it to minus quickbooks integration Cons: ITS NOT INTEGRATED WITH QUICKBOOKS!!!!! ITS 2019 GET WITH THE PROGRAM!!! WE WILL BE SWITCHING SERVICES IF IT IS NOT INTEGRATED SOON!! Overall: We like everything but the lack of quickbooks integration is becoming a dealbreaker
