Works well for what we do. Pros: Pretty easy to use, quite a few reports. Cons: Would like to have a download feature to download my data. I currently have to customize some of the views and download using Excel format. Overall: Has pretty nice reporting. Would be nice to have a report builder feature where I could put in my parameters and fields I want.

Rhinofit review Pros: Good value for the money. Free to use up to 50 members. Cons: Needs more tutorials, especially for billing.

Excellent software Pros: Very user friendly and love all the integrations that can be added to our website Cons: Wish had more email alerts for when new members fill out a form online. Overall: Have had a smooth experience using rhinofit software and great customer service.

Pros: The billing is extremely simple and the memberships are easy to set up. Cons: Getting the payment processing set up took way too long and was very involved.

Legend CrossFit, RhinoFIt Pros: The software is easy to use. Constant upgrades with an understanding to the atmosphere for which the product is used. Cons: Cant think of any negatives, everything I've had a problem with has been resolved in updates in software or an explanation of how to use it. Overall: No problems since refunds have become possible through the Rhinofit platform.

Easy to use, very cost effective Pros: RhinoFit automates all the basic processes, most importantly the auto billing of my clients and management of their memberships. It does that reliably and simply. And it is very cost effective with no per client fees. Cons: One on one booking and advanced metrics reporting could use some beefing up or customization. There are a few features with little documentation that look like they could be really cool, but I don't understand how to implement.

Lots of features for the price Pros: Great reports and many great features. Very reasonable price. Cons: I wanted to force customers to sign up at least 2 hours before class start. Currently, this is not an option. Also, clients are on autopay automatically and to stop the autopay, I have to go in manually on each purchase to change to do not renew. I have also requested this be changed. Lastly, clients had a hard time finding where to log into RhinoFit, if they didn't use my link. It would bring them to where businesses sig... read more

. Pros: It is generally easy to set up the most basic of features. Cons: Reporting is not sufficient for my business' needs. Members want google calendar sync. Overall: it's been ok.
