Overall Great Pros: Easy to use, user friendly and members love it. Cons: So far we do not have any negative feed back about Rhino Overall: Rhino makes scheduling and accounting much easier. It's a good product, with a lot of potential....but a lot of delay. Pros: The capabilities to see my members check in to class...Payment processing... Members ability to log their workouts. Cons: That it is web based and slow as CHRISTMAS! Overall: The support is decent. I am frustrated that there have been no updates since we started using it and that the system is still soooo slow. It mades admins login every single time you open it and then it "loads" for 2-3 minutes...It isn't very reliable if you need to do some thing q... read more
Great Price! Great Product Pros: Billing and automation. It is nice to have the system automatically handle payment processing as well as communication automation! Cons: The software does not handle multiple users part of the same family with different membership types. I would like to see 1 user portal for family administration of different memberships.
99 Barbell Product Review Pros: -Easy platform to use -check in process Cons: -unable to generate receipts for things purchased thur "Orders" -only able to make one wavier form active when there is different types of membership -once payment has been stopped from ACH the account is no longer able to charge further payments when the member has already authorize bank to process payment -key tag door entry Overall: overall very easy and nice software to use.
Affordable Gym Mgmt Pros: Low Price, great basic functionnalities & reports easy to use Cons: Heavy and laggy Interface, overall navigation heavy, many clicks Overall: Helps run the gym smoothly. And at the end of the month, when you get your bill, you're glad you choose RhinoFit over ZenP or Wodify

Review from Stride Conditionig Muay Thai & Fitness Pros: - Great price - covers all the basics needed to run a studio Cons: - not able to track personal training sessions (ie show dates of each appointment) - individual email address for each member (have some parents with kids, but not able to multiple members under same email address) - glitches in group tracking
Rhino 2018 Pros: Easy to use. Offers a good variety of features. Cons: Software is fine. Customer service is not stellar. Overall: Customer service has slid noticeably since the early days 2008 ish.
Easy to use, great for the price! Pros: The simple interface allows for quick setup and changes. Cons: The billing/membership process is a bit confusing at first, and you have to jump around to different screens. Once you have it down, it is easy. Overall: This has really helped us to manage the memberships and get tons more members on automatic payments for easier billing.
It's doing the trick Pros: Keeps all my clients organized, tracks leads well Cons: it wont stop asking me to review it, so im doing the bare minimum
