Hi, thanks for reaching out regarding my feedback. Unfortunately, dealing with Rhythm was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a car dealership. I was extremely disappointed in the service, customer care, and the ultimate outcome of my vehicle. I felt that the staff members were not helpful and never took the time to try to help me. Fix my recall on car
There were multiple instances of failures in communication from the Service Department back to me, the customer. The entire issue was discussed with Mr. Trudell. He did a great job in listening to my concerns. Because of his social skills, he was able to keep me as a customer. As a result, I will return to your dealership; however, I do not wish to go through this experience again.
2 HOUR Oil Change
Went in for tire rotation and oil change. Had a 9 am appointment. Took 3 hours for an express lube. Nobody said anything to me until I approached the receptionist. Worst experience I’ve ever had at this location
