I bought a used 2018 2500 ram with the 6.4 and it had not been through service yet. The dealer I was working with told me I was going to be able to take it home that night, he got it in there for me and had them service the whole thing. I felt bad they had to stay late.

Not a good first experience. Four hours for an oil change. I had an appointment. I’ll give you guys another shot as there was some bad weather that affected road conditions so I’m going to guess that impacted your crew. That aside, twice I had to go find someone for updates, the text feature went unresponsive and I never got video proof of a stripped oil pan screw which was used as the reason why it took four hours. Shit happens. Lying about it and not updating the customer proactively is not the way to do it.

Had a scheduled appointment at 2PM for an oil change and didn’t get it back for 2.5 hrs. Very unreasonable.

I came in for the exactly problem I was having last year. It made mad as all the money I paid out for the parts that were supposed to have fixed the problem. Last time they said, on the receipt that all parts were inspected and fine. Now, 7 months later they said one of those exact parts was not good and replaced to the tune of $398. I couldnt get the option that i paid for for 3 weeks. Kahu app. Was wasting a lot of time on lobby without answer when will i get the option. Finally got it after million times of pushing at managers because they always kept forgetting about me. And i dont have my license plate yet. 1 month and a half after the purchase. The worst dealer ever.

Made an appointment at 9:30 and it was after 11:30 before I was pulled in. I make appointments cause my schedule is crazy. I missed a bridal shower, hair appointment, and rescheduled the cable guy cause it was nearly 1 pm before I left for a simple oil change! What’s the point of an appointment!? Not to mention not one single employee who kept walking by seem to be alarmed a customer was coughing non stop in the middle of a covid pandemic! It was absolutely the worse customer service experience I've ever received. I also contacted your service manger directly about the matter same day as my experience and I have been completely dismissed and ignored. I have even tried following up giving him the benefit of the doubt and nothing has been done and no call has been returned. I don't feel valued, I feel taken advantage of as a single women. Had a code P06DD, one of the things it can be is a non oem oil filter. Just replaced the oil pressure sensor due to pegging 96 at idle. Manual gauge said 30. Know I have a oil leak, just not sure where it’s coming from. Oil needed to be changed anyways. Could of done it my self in 10 minutes, but needed oem filter so thought wth let’s let them just do it. Guy said they would do a inspection, check for leaks etc but would be about a hour to hour 15, so I’m like ok, I got time I guess. Hour and a half nothing, ask for a update... read more
