Took way too long to check the vehicle in as the service team member kept getting the ticket wrong on why I was dropping it off. Horrible communication, both with me and within the service department. Never could reach anyone for a status update and the vehicle was kept overnight without permission since they closed with still no return phone call. Previous bad experience so service asked for another shot and this was even worse. Never again.
The service acquired was to was not done because to expensive ( lug nuts 621.00) my low tire indicator was on. My tires all but one wasn't at 10/32 also my check engine light is still on all services.
I will not take my car to a dealership that does not have Gary Dull running things. The service team you guys have rocks. You should take a lesson from that.
As always, Gary and team knocked it out of the park! Great techs and very friendly staff. Only dealership I will use.
You tried to charge me for 5 or 6 hours diagnostic and told me I would need to have this done and then have you fix the car. You had my car for over 2 weeks and kept getting the run around about the problem. I go suspicious about all. Told you I would be to get the car, I had to wait around 1 hour to get it. When they brought it the door and console was still off. I took it to Gupton in Springfield. They took care of it in less than an hour. Check engine light and battery replacement. Had the o2 sensor replaced, picked up vehicle. After a drive cycle check engine light came back on. $479 to replace a battery that was under warranty and to temporarily turn the check engine light off. Rockir Williams from here on out.
It took them four hours to change the tire and do an oil change. Then come find out the tire was not the exact one that matched the other three. I am very unsatisfied with the service then I received at your establishment. I also had to show them that my oil change which is covered under my warranty that I purchased at the time a purchase of the vehicle. Poor service!!
Upon arrival to pick up the van the service staff were rude. She handed us the key and I had to ask where the van was parked. She said it’s parked on the side so we had to search for it in a parking lot full of ice and snow.
Took two months to complete a repair the service department diagnosed. Had to chase parts and service teams. Quote was incorrect. Kept my car for five days when it was supposed to be a same day repair. Again had to call multiple times daily to try to get answers. Not proactive at all. Very hard to work with.
