Purchased new vehicle with extended warranty on 1/27/2023. Tried to use extended warranty on a dent and would not cover. I immediately canceled the extended warranty on 5/2/24. The warranty company advised that the dealership was informed of the cancelation and I would receive adjusted refund for the balance of the five years warranty I paid for up front in a few weeks. I believe my expectations are too high for this dealership. No one seems to know what they are doing. They did not even know where my jeep was when it was ready to be picked up. My issues: 1. Why bothering texting me my advisors information, if they fail to respond? 2. If you are unable to look at my vehicle on the day it was brought it, why not tell me to not expect to receive any information that same day? 3. OIL CHANGE EXPRESS SERVICE Upon check-in after waiting 10 minutes, told the service time would be about an hour. Not contacted at 1 hour so checked with service writers. Asked to be patient. TOTAL TIME SPENT AT DEALERSHIP - ONE HOUR FIFTY MINUTES Another customers also waiting for her vehicle in for an oil change spoke of similar promise and wait times. Upon arriving at 7am as the first customer of the day, I found myself waiting for 6 hours. They service techs informed me that my vehicle was halfway completed however was taken off the lift for another vehicle. ( who which arrived hours after me ) once finally completed, the mechanic took my truck for a 14 mile drive to relearn the tpms sensors, came back and gave me my truck. There was a lot of miscommunication and it seemed like no one was on the same page. I didn’t get updates about my vehicle like they said they would. The only update I received was right before I picked up my vehicle.

Although it was nice that you delivered me my new car, it really doesnt make up for the fact that the air compressor was removed beforehand as well as the liftgate panel being broken on a new car. I was told the car had 200 miles due to delivery at the wrong dealership, which i no longer believe. I feel misled on the history of this new vehicle, received it with broken pieces and missing standard items. I want my tradein back and regret making this purchase
