We purchased vehicle in 2009 and received one key fob. Son dropped key fob and called to see if it could be replaced. The person quoted around $160 for the fob and set up. Ended up costing him over $300. Very disgusted.

The service on my truck was fine. In fact the man that dealt with me in the service department was very nice and polite. However, he was not up front about the cost and I had to ask him four times how much the service was going to cost. He even thought it was necessary to get all of my information and my vehicle information until he would finally tell me. Once he did, I was okay with it, but I shouldn't have to ask that many times. Set an appt. for 7am. They opened promptly at 7 and the service advisor had me checked in and I was in the customer lounge by 7:02 am. Our Jeep was ready in about an hour. No damage to the vehicle and no dirty feet or greasy hands. I will continue to service my vehicle here.

Worst experience I’ve had with a car. When my year and a half old jeep stopped moving in the middle of the road I obviously was distraught. The service department did not help me at all. I had to figure out my tow to the department, had to get my own rental car (because there were no loaners), and waited two weeks to get my car fixed. I get that a part was backordered but the communication between service reps and myself was horrible. I was there for malfunctioned throttle control lights and mil lights. They tried to tell me it was another garages fault but the last time I was at Rhythm chrysler I was told the throttle body and wires were fine based on their inspection. They didn't even know if the throttle body was a chrysler part even though that were looking at it for 2-3 hours! Then they said it was the wires and replace them for over $397! Concern#1 Harsh vibration after hitting bump. This was the 2nd time vehicle brought in for this problem. Invoice stated you "replaced steering damper and pumped up. Road test and ok at this time." Complaint: Road test never performed. My mileage In was 17177 & Mileage Out 17177 but invoice stated 17181. Why Lie about Road Test?

I made an appointment and it still took two days for the technician to even diagnose what was wrong with my brand new Jeep. The service department front desk staff, while very kind, never once called me. I had to call them to get updates. They had my car for two weeks and if it hadn’t been for my persistent checking in every couple of days, I suspect it would have taken even longer. Will not be taking my car back here for service.

Showed up at 8:30 on a Saturday was told 2 1/2 to 3 wait. Took around 3 1/2 hours for oil change and rear end differential change. I never received my service video which I was really wanting to see

It took me more than 3 hours to get a oil change and tire rotation. I got no video of my repairs or appraisal. I don't even think they rotated my tires. There was no apology for taking so long and no one came out and told me why or anything else. I had to text the contact person and ask why it was taking so long and needless to say I will not be continuing to use this place again.
