Professional and Efficent DIDN'T SEEM TO MATTER IF IT WAS 6AM OR 10 PM WEEKDAYS WEEKENDS ETC Richard answers the phone responds to emails he is on top of it. GIVE HIM THE INFO HE NEEDS HE TAKES CARE OF THE REST. OVER ALL A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
Five Star Richard was incredible to work with he truly cared about us and did his best to get us a great rate. He told us what we needed to do to keep our credit score high and helped us to pay off as much debt as we could while staying in our payment range and saving us 3 years on our current mortgage.

Mortgage Application The process was long but Rich hung in there and got it done for us. I would recommend that the process be outlined in advance so that the applicant will have some idea what he is getting into. We were lucky that Rich was working with us. He proved to be very knowledgeable about the process and the various avenues that were available to us to get us approved. Would have to say he is the best person I have ever worked with when it comes to getting financing.

Yah Richard S. Richard and his team kept us in the loop of all that was happening with our mortgage process. We received emails and personal calls in response to our questions. We never "wondered" where we were in the loan process. They were excellent communicators!

Mr. Salazar did an outstanding job guiding us through the process of selecting a new loan. He has great communication skills and kept in constant contact with us regarding what each step entailed.
