Excellent communication and customer service! This is my second time working with Richard. He and the entire staff was wonderful to work with. The entire loan process was efficient. I would highly recommend Royal United Mortgage and Richard to anyone. I look forward to working with him again.
Highly Recommend Richard kept me in the loop at each intersection. Responded to questions and requested clarifications same day or at least the next day. Frankly, I don't think I could be happier. I started frightened and quite nervous; his prompt responses made what could have been difficult for me comfortable.

Outstanding! The whole process from start to finish was very easy. Richard Salazar is excellent at what he does and it was a pleasure working with him. Richard offers excellent customer service. His communication throughout the process was outstanding. Working with Richard and Royal United Mortgage was overall very easy and we appreciate Richard helping us accomplish what we set out to do.
