Great experience Richard Salazar was very patient and responsive throughout the process. Our loan was closed in 2.5 weeks; our house search actually took longer. We tried another lender prior to Royal and we were so confused and angered by the process until we spoke to Rich. My husband and I are advanced degree holders with a great deal of school debt and they told us our school loans were an issue as it relate to our income. Excellent Richard was very professional and knowledgable. He completed the process within 2.5 weeks. Heck, it took longer to find the house we wanted. My husband wanted to wait until spring of 2014 because the last time we look was in 2012 and the lender we used then, was slow. My husband decided to quit looking after slow follow up by the lender. Not the case with Royal!!!

they made my life a living hell had me close all my credit card and then tare them up, then they said they were sending me check to pay off the credit cards that i had no account number for, they said for me to call the credit co. to see how to send the check, they should have done it, now i have to call all the credit card people and hope the check don't get lost
Horrible I had came across this lender through Lending Tree. I don't understand how this officer has 5 star reviews for almost every review. It's been weeks and still nothing has been achieved. There has been miscommunication on his part. Excuses about him sending stuff and to check my spam, that another officer was attached to the application too and other reasons why things weren't done.
