No hassle loan process For me having the time to complete the refinance process was the major hurdle in applying for a loan. Richard Salazar and Royal United made the process painless allowing me to complete almost the entire process electronically through emails and e-signatures. Even when our investment property appraised for less then we expected Richard was there to think of other options to help us complete the loan and realize the savings we were looking for. Overall this was a great experience.
Painless process Richard was fantastic in reaching out to let us know he would be able to work via text and email for most of the process. This was perfect for our needs. He was willing to show us several options and make changes as needed. No office visits, no missing work to finish out the loan process. 100% recommend!
Refinance I wasn't sure if I should refinance my home or not so I put out feelers. Richard came to my aid. He was able to walk me through several different scenarios and then helped me through my refinance. In just days it was a done deal. Richard is great to work with and helps with any and all questions one may have. Since I now live alone I had a million questions and wasn't sure I was doing the right thing, but Richard was there for me through the entire process. He is a gem.
