Emerge Orthopedic is always helpful, friendly, and professional. Great staff! Dr. Rutherford, and I are on the same page, and think less can be better at this time, and now should take a wait and see. Looking forward to next visit in 6 months. Very pleased with Dr. Rutherford.

Hospital was spotless, staff friendly and very professional. Surgery was a breeze. Pre op and post op care excellent. Rutherford is the ideal surgeon.
I was in a car accident at 16, knee replacement 7 years ago. I didn’t do the recommended follow-ups for the last 5 years. Dr. Rutherford was patient in explaining the situation and what the X-rays showed. He shared the X-rays with me and explained them . There is no issue with me replaced knee. Now, I am so much more comfortable because of his patience and explanations.
After listening to my issue, he suggested a possible course of action which we both thought would help. Procedure now scheduled, and we will go from the end result.
I have had both knees replaced in this past year by Dr. Rutherford. There is not enough good things to say about this doctor. He is kind, very considerate and obviously very knowledgeable about his field. All before my decision to have surgery he did his best to make sure I was aware of all my options. Such an impressive person and a rock star hip replacement surgeon. Replaced my younger brother‘s hip three weeks ago and he (brother) walked out the same day and is doing great. Subsequently he is doing mine in a few weeks. I never thought I’d say I was excited about having a surgery, but I’m looking forward to experiencing his work!
Went in for soreness in right knee. Discovered fluid and promptly removed fluid and injected steroid and pain subsided.
