Service Mgr. Christina does an excellent job, inquiring what needs to be done and giving recommendations. The only critique is that the area to receive customers for the Service Mgr. should be setup differently.

Job was done correctly, however it took quite a long time to complete the service. I had an 11 am appointment and received the truck in the afternoon. It was just an oil change and tire rotation.
