I was having an issue with my wipers going in different I was having an issue with my wipers going in different directions. Kortez was very good and checked it all out so he could have the Techs look at it. Turned out it was a loose bolt. They fixed that and put on new wipers for me. Had my car back within 2 hours.

I had an issue with steering alignment on my 2500 Ram I had an issue with steering alignment on my 2500 Ram since the truck was new. It’s been to other dealers who never fixed the issue. I was very pleased when I picked the truck up and my veh was correctly repaired. JR treated me like a king. He is an asset to your dealership.

My car had to be towed after hours and the security guard was nice and opened the gate to allow me to park my vehicle inside safely. Diagnostic was decently affordable.
