I had an intermittent issue with my cluster. The service dept technician analyzed the problem and was not able to find any failed components. They ran a diagnostic, updated the software and returned my truck clean of any dirt which resulted from the checkout of the problem. I was given a free trip on UBER to my house and back to pick up my Ram 2500. Since the issue with the cluster was intermittent, they went a step further and checked all the interconnects.
