Customer service was a 5. Customer service was a 5. I’ve brought my car in several times and worked with Mrs. Bobbie* each time. She’s direct, attentive, and pleasant to work with. My car had to be towed after hours and the security guard was nice and opened the gate to allow me to park my vehicle inside safely. Diagnostic was decently affordable. JR was outstanding! JR was outstanding! Customer service on point, very attentive and caring beginning to end. Only thing that was not enjoyable was a subtle noise coming from my AC filter after the new one was installed. It did not sound that way before taking my car in for service.
