Having explained the issue, they conducted a road test, and the problem was identified as the bearings. Both front-end bearings were subsequently replaced. The car was left overnight and collected the following day as agreed. Great people and totally happy with the service.

Bad communication. Took a week to fix a small issue. Ordered the wrong part. But they were friendly and work was done well. Just lack of communication can frustrate a customer that is waiting on a vehicle
