Outstanding, as always. Easy to contact Rich’s and schedule help. Meanwhile, thank goodness for Jacob! The size of the job doesn’t matter, when he shows up, we know the job will be done right. He listens, he explains what he finds and how he will repair it. No mess is left when he’s done. Jacob always arrives with a positive attitude, and comes ready to work. This is who to call when plumbing problems happen.
