Carmine and Travis did expert job and finished in much less time than others quoted also they gave me the best price,Will use them again.

Excellent service, as usual. Rich's had been to my house over the years to repair my ac, heating, install water heater, new water pump, repair broken plastic pipe, etc. They fix it right the first time and the price is always competitive. I only call Rich's. Carmine and John came out this time to replace a valve and igniter on my 21 year old furnace. I'm very happy with the work.
