Tony arrived on time and was thorough, polite and courteous. He fully explained was he was going to do prior to starting the job. Was in a panic mode, as I couldn’t turn off my shower water. Jacob from Rich’s plumbing was here in 15 minutes. He shut off the water, went to East Brunswick plumbing , came back and installed the new valve - all within an hour! He was very courteous and professional. Rich’s Plumbing is the best!
