The service call was answered quickly, technician arrived by midday .Antony tested the old pump and determined it needs to be replaced. Installed a new one with safety switch, tested, checked the water flow, cleaned everything afterwards. Pump works fine, very quiet. Thank you for prompt response and excellent work.

Ok, though they had to come back for they forgot to turn it on after they changed the shut off valve. 1 1/2 hours after they left . No hot water yet and the green light was not on. They told me to flip switch and I told them to come back and flip switch. I have no idea what switch they were referring to.
