Tony arrived on time and was thorough, polite and courteous. He fully explained was he was going to do prior to starting the job. Upon completion, he again explained the work that was performed and encouraged me to call at any time with issues. I highly recommend Tony and Rich's Plumbing and Heating.

Was in a panic mode, as I couldn’t turn off my shower water. Jacob from Rich’s plumbing was here in 15 minutes. He shut off the water, went to East Brunswick plumbing , came back and installed the new valve - all within an hour! He was very courteous and professional. Rich’s Plumbing is the best!
