During a record hot period our heat pump failed. My wife is confined to the home with a medical condition and is very uncomfortable with the heat. We had hired Right Now for our furnace problems and been extremely satisfied with their work so we called them again. They declared the situation an emergency and within two days we had a new heat pump. The two crews that arrived to do the install had worked all day in the heat and looked exhausted. I knew my system needed to be replaced soon and had been working with a competitor for years to nurse it along as much as possible. This year it finally was not going to be possible to keep it repaired. But, the competitor did not show up when scheduled and did not seem too interested in following up with any help during the first 100+ Week of the summer. I was stuck and needed help. When we found that our AC quit working, with triple digit temps outside, we made several calls to try to get a company to respond. Right Now Heating and Air had someone out right away to help us out. Out of 6 companies we called, we received no answer, had to leave messages. Only one other company besides Right Now Heating & Air spoke to us, but they weren't going to make it out for 2 weeks. We discovered a water leak ! But one call, and "Right Now" came out the next day and gave us a full house quote. I wanted it all replaced, since it was the old polypropylene pipe. The very next morning , they had two fantastic plumbers who installed all new piping and they were done in about 5 hours ! They were clean, friendly and professional. The job was done, we had water. !! Very very pleased.

Never be concerned about the right kind of service guys again.... why ? I won’t use any other service.... RIGHT NOW HEATING & COOLING gets it right every time. They do service & checks to vital components other companies just don’t do. Right Now recently installed my NEW DAIKIN bed room split A/C unit & now my bedroom is the coolest room in the house.... also it’s cheaper to cool than the whole house. From the first person who came to check out our A/C to the sales associate and our installers they were very professional and personable. They knew what they were doing and took the time to explain how the install process would work. When they ran into a problem, that consulted with us on how to address it and what our thoughts were.
