After making monthly payments on a brand new furnace... Conveniently, the igniter fuse goes out and now they want $350 to fix it, on top of the $78 to diagnose the problem! Of course warranty doesn't cover this and the furnace was never used. It's been sitting in an empty home that we are remodeling. Obviously, they need your return business so... Don't count on your furnace being reliable. DON'T TRUST THIS BUSINESS!!

Had an appt work my 91 year old dad. Charged him $700 for labor for less than 1 hour work to tell him a part was out. Told him the company that had it under warranty was out of business and he would need to pay for the party up front. $580. ( i called the ***********. They weren't and it's covered!!!) Do not waste time, or money. Bought HV** system 2 years ago 15k, Right now instals system, city does inspection, fails, Right now comes back to fix said issue, which was the water condenser sensor in the furnace was installed incorrectly. informed the wires on the ** unit were "fried."3 weeks ago ** system stopped working completely, 86* in my house called booked out a week, stated that furnace is linked to ** and was probably why system was not working. Where is the 0 star option? I have never been so disgusted with a business in my life. After spending nearly $8000 on a complete new system that their techs told me i need two months ago. Here we are with no working AC after more than 12 visits from their technicians coming out to my house multiple times a week every week spending countless hours including putting tow different brand new units in. May 27, 2025 I attempted to turn on our air-conditioning and it wouldn't start. The company above said they had a $79 service fee for coming out. Right Now Technician arrived, tested the air-conditioning and said everything was good, checked thermostat and said one s**** was loose and tightened the screw, but nothing happened. I recently contacted Right Now heating and Air Conditioning for a $38.00 furnace, air conditioner and water heater tune up. I had invested $10,000 previously and was satisfied with their service back in 2014. I wanted this done before upgrading again. The technician arrived on time and was professional. The covers were removed from the furnace and A/C unit and the condensers were checked as part of the inspection. Way over priced. I had to pay $850 to run a snake down the main line. No photo scope and no grantees.... He said normally they charge $950 but because I complained I got $100 off. The clog happened Sunday nigh but I waited till Monday for service because I couldn't afford the emergency call... Seem like a rip off... I will not be a repeat customer nor will I recommend. Wish I would have read the reviews first.
!! WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I would do negative stars if allowed, we had a full HVAC system replacement in August of 2022, they took 3 days to get it running because they did not know how to update the software on the system to make the Air Conditioning work. They sold us the VIP plan then refused to come out to service our system, we had to argue with service managers for weeks each time before they came out. Plumber came to the house showed him the problem in the crawl space. He never gave me a quote on price. When to his truck for a 14 inch poly for the hot water line . Fixed it in 10 minutes gave me a price for 345$. No receipt. Called the office for the receipt and complained about the price. She said I got a deal, they gave me a veterans discount. Im not a vet.
