My biggest regret. I called them to get my a/c working. They charged me $684 for a capacitor condenser that costs under $100. I had two other reputable vendors come out. They both said they would have saved me over $400 from what they charged. Their prices are outlandish, service is poor and all they want to do is sell you a new system. Even the parts they use are inferior. Save yourself a lot of money and don't use them. I wish zero stars were an option.

This company charged me $763 to replace a $20 capacitor in my AC unit which took the technician about 10 minutes to install.Furthermore, they misdiagnosed the problem with our furnace/air handler claiming it needed a new capacitor and a new blower motor with an estimated cost of $1300. I had another AC company examine the furnace and determined the circuit board needed replaced. The blower motor was fine. AC, Furnace and water heater were installed by Right Now Heating and Air on 8/12/2016. Today it is not blowing cold air anymore only the fan is running. 9 days for someone to come take a look. I was advised to replace the air filter (was replaced a month ago) and give it 24 hrs (Kaylin) SMH. I know its hot and they are busy, but expected faster service from the company that installed it. My entire experience with this company has been an utter nightmare. Between lies, incompetence, negligence, and extreme pricing, I cannot express how little I recommend this company.Here are the lies I was told during my conversation with our initial technician (for a plumbing problem):"All employees have official badges and background checks." Frustration is beyond description. New Units were installed in October of 2022. Have had various issues since the installation. Most of the ladies that answer the phone don't communicate properly to the dispatch or the dispatch doesn't communicate properly to the technicians. When they come out (IF they come out) they seldom have the correct tools/supplies or information to properly address the problem. My neighbors bought a cooling unit from these folks 3 years ago. My neighbors are senior in their late 80's and early 90's. Eve3ry year since this was installed these folks have been out to repair a non-functioning unit. Some things they have repaired "under warranty" but my neighbors are responsible for labor which has been running them around **** to **** a year. This Company is nothing but liars. They came to our home and from the very first.time they walked in they fed ** full of lies. The specifically said they do not subcontract any work out of their company and they had Sermons and Elecrtic come out and install something. They also told us that there would be no hidden fees and we have now been sent to collections from Sermon of $257.00 because we have not paid the bill we were told there would not be any charges outside the bill Right Now wrote out.we were also promised a rebat... read more

Right Now had an offer at ********** to clean and inspect our HVAC for $58. I know that is a good price. When they came the technician showed me that I needed a part replaced. It was below what he said were the recommended specs. I asked how much and he said $372 so I thought it was the electronic board at the bottom. I said okay please replace it. I requested a tune-up service from this company. I was scheduled for 8:00am on a Monday morning. I received a call at 8:35 stating they would not be able to make it due to lack of personnel. Prior to my appointment, two of my neighbors requested the same service. One the service was performed the same day and the other was completed as scheduled.
