One of our favorites but things were off during our last visit. Multiple people waiting on our table, seemed like they were covering for others, on a mid week dinner shift (not overly busy, maybe short staffed). Ordered one drink, never asked if we wanted another. Food quality (taste) was average, below our past experiences. We’ll be back, but this evening was well off the mark from our expectations.

Table wasn’t ready so we had to wait for 30 minutes. Bartender saved us with a couple of free drinks, then server didn’t come for our order after we asked for more time. Food wasn’t great as compared to usual

The service was exceeding slow in getting us cocktails. Waited over 30 minutes to place an order. Delivered cocktails just before antipasti. No way to have wait concurrent with courses. Gave us somebody else's signed check and until we complianed our credit card was *gone.* There were only excuses and no apologies for this mistake from the server or the restaurant host. WHY is "fine dining" conducted in such noisy places??
Food was great, but service was just ok. It was not what we would usually expect from a Bartolotta restaurant. The servers also forgot to ask us if we had a Bartolotta card, which we found surprising and also a little disappointing. Drinks took a while, even for just a club soda.

We have been patrons of all of the Bartolotta restaurants over the years and we have eaten here numerous times, however this last visit  the quality of food did not equate to the cost.

Will have to find a new favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, there were several misses for our anniversary dinner. Bartolotta's management kindly comped our wine and my entree, but we were looking for a wonderful time, not a cheap date. They salads and dessert were good, as was the wine. The rest wasn't too good. They missed on my "primi" course twice, and the second entree (fish) was awful. Did the chef even taste this creation?

Was there a month ago, atmosphere was great as was the food again, however service was off this time - multiple choppy points best exemplified by the after dinner drink being off and despite raising the concern, no consideration was made, barely an acknowledgment, business as usual

Very disappointed in our dining experience. First we get there and this gentlemen is standing their, no hello, just a stare, I told him we had a reservation for 6 at 515. we were on time. He rudely took us outside into another building , the Pizzeria which I did not ask for a reservation at a Pizza place. Go upstairs to an empty room, no ambience except for a Christmas tree on top of the stairs. Cold and uninviting.
