Quality of work by contractors. Poor. Communication between myself and Rite Rug. Poor. Timeliness on getting work done. Poor. I've had three crews out here each time. Something was done incorrectly. The last time the worker argued with me when I said I didn't like how something looked that he was supposed to repair. Communication with Rite rug is just apologies. I've had to call each time to see when they would come out to try and finish. First time out they didn't have shoe and two of the doorway pieces was put in incorrect... read more

We recently purchased 1740 square feet of 50oz. Cenci RiteRug carpet and Major2 padding. Amy was great. Order took a little longer than I anticipated. Flooring was very nice. Had difficulty communicating with installers due to language barrier but they did a wonderful job. Overall satisfied with the experience.
