Top notch from salesman through installation even though it wasn’t a large purchase for them.
We really were impressed with the service we received. Our salesman David Homer arranged for us to have a great working team of floor installers. We had worked with David before and we wanted to make sure that we worked with him again. Urban was the head of the crew and he came in and put protection down to keep our new carpeting clean. Great installers, cleaned up after installation. In store sales rep very knowledgeable and good to work with.
4 installers showed up and had my entire house done in 6 hours. And the work was very professional. I don’t pay a lot of attention to the big areas of carpet, I look at the corners, door frames, and steps. This is where the skill comes to play. I was impressed.
The company was very good at communication. David helped me pick out our carpet and laminate flooring and I love the result! The people that installed it were quick and clean and the floors look great! I would highly recommend Rite Rug!
