From the start having Rite Rug over to measure & talk over what we were looking for. Had ample samples to look out then of course being invited to the store for more options. The day the installers arrived we had done our part emptying the rooms. They were on time, very professional answered any concerns we might of come up with since last we spoke to Rite Rug.
