Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Kim Henderson was excellent at stopping by making sure we picked the right product and had the right dimensions. The installation crew was timely and cleaned up after themselves. The carpet looks fantastic in the space!

Top notch from salesman through installation even though it wasn’t a large purchase for them.
We really were impressed with the service we received. Our salesman David Homer arranged for us to have a great working team of floor installers. We had worked with David before and we wanted to make sure that we worked with him again. Urban was the head of the crew and he came in and put protection down to keep our new carpeting clean. The crew finished the 2 bedrooms in just a few hours! They did an excellent job!!! Urban told me what to use to clean the laminate flooring. Very slow. Took almost 4 hours to do 2 rooms. He went and picked up another guy to “help” him. This guy was not an employee of the company. I didn’t find this out until they were finished. I didn’t like the idea that a man not affiliated with your company had been in my house all afternoon!!! Will never use your company again
