Christina Festa is super knowledgeable and did a fantastic job consulting with me for the flooring choice and color for a project I’m working on. The install, while professionally done, unfortunately needed extra towels to clean up so the installer used mine. I let Christina know about the situation. She took action right away, and purchased new towels for me. Thank you Christina!

Sales team wonderful installation team horrible. Installation team was to be at our house Friday between eight and nine in the morning. We called at 10 we were told they would be there within an hour. We called at one. They said they would get back with us, got back with us at two stating that they were still on the old job won’t be able to come until Saturday between eight and nine.
