Extremely satisfied with the way my floors came out! The process was smooth and Todd guided us through the sales process and helped us pick out the perfect product. The install crew arrived on time and worked very hard throughout the day. They finished in one day and left my house clean. The store had a great selection of carpeting and was approached in a timely manner to answer any questions I had. The carpeting was in stock and I was scheduled to have the installation within a matters of days. The installers arrived on time and worked efficiently. They did a great job and I would recommend Rite Rug. I had them install my LVP a few years ago and was extremely satisfied at that time also.
