Carpet install was great and the install was friendly and courteous. The only issues I had was the installer wasn’t aware that I was having different pile thickness in different rooms and he was alone. Because he had to carry carpet alone he scuffed several edges of trim. All in all this is the 3rd time I’ve used Rite Rug and am happy.

I had my whole downstairs done today with new flooring over my old hardwood. Christina was so helpful with the selection process and kept me updated all the time. The workers , Miguel and Jose arrived when they said they would and never stopped for 6 hours until it was all done. They made sure everything was done right!! Ok the carpet in one room was measured wrong and torn so it was left undone until the carpet came in stock asked for a discount due to inconvenience and they denied it but it looked when it was done so just a mediocre experience.
