Workers (4 ) of them came in and started working immediately. They did an outstanding job on tearing out old carpet and laying down new pad and carpet. Steps were fitted perfectly in the center of stairs. No scraps left behind, they even vacuumed. We previously had Rite Rug install laminate floors in our bedrooms (a few years ago) which was also professionally installed and cleaned up after themselves. Love forking with this company. The prices were lower than others and delivered a quality product
The process was seamless. Doug came to the house with flooring samples, ordered what we needed and the flooring was installed with no problems. Very happy and pleased with the process and will use Rite Rug again in the future for more projects!
Excellent workmanship and communication.
Removal of old carpet and installation of the new carpet was done very well and in a timely manner. Plan on using them again. Cost was reasonable and we are satisfied with the overall look and quality of work.

The whole process with Rite Rug from ordering and installation was easy with no problems. The installers were professional and efficient. They even showed me my floor vents that needed cleaning. They could have just put them back without showing me. That was great customer service.
