Very professional and efficent
I was very happy right from the salesperson Doug and straight through the installation with Joe and Mike. Everyone was professional and polite and explained everything!! I am thrilled with the final result!! I love the floors!!
Couldn’t be happier dealing with Rite Rug. Mario was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He kept me informed of the entire process and gave me an incredible deal. The installers were skilled, friendly, hard working and did an excellent job. I will be going back to Rite Rug in Strongsville for all my flooring needs!
Carpet looks nice. Wasn’t happy with vacuuming & clean up which wasn’t done at all!

Shaun was very knowledgeable and showed us the best fit for us in getting our home ready to be out on the market. The installers were on time, pleasant, and completed the job quickly. After they left, except for the new carpet, you never would’ve known they were there...
