We just had our whole first floor done with luxury vinyl plank. There were so many more options to choose from vs Home Depot and Lowe’s where we looked originally. We had Todd as our sales rep at the Strongsville location and he was very helpful and kind. There was a slight hiccup during installation where they damaged the valve on our utility sink while pulling up the old floor and it started leaking water. Both men really know their job. I do think they should wear knee pads They did a great job with clean up. Disappointed they took the new vacuum

Everything went very smooth and we are very satisfied with the carpet we got installed. Communication with Shannon was very easy and straight forward. Measuring, getting the estimate, and Picking carpet out was a very pleasant process. Install was done very well and looks amazing. Highly recommend Rite Rug
