We just had our whole first floor done with luxury vinyl plank. There were so many more options to choose from vs Home Depot and Lowe’s where we looked originally. We had Todd as our sales rep at the Strongsville location and he was very helpful and kind. There was a slight hiccup during installation where they damaged the valve on our utility sink while pulling up the old floor and it started leaking water. We were able to get a plumber out that day to fix while they moved to a different room and Rite Rug reimbursed me the ... read more
