Shannon and all of the flooring crews have been tremendous. We have used them for carpet, tile showers and plank flooring - multiple different crews in three different houses and have never had a bad experience. We love them and would recommend them any day of the week.!

I’m a projects manager so I use rite rug every chance I get. This last job was for my new personal house though, the LVP looks great and the guys were friendly. The carpet is perfect and such a nice high quality. With proper care I expect both the carpet and lVP to last many years. Rite rug has the best prices and nothing bad can be said about their installs, customer service is also top notch should you encounter any issue.

The installers did a wonderful job. Worked very hard straight through. The only problem was they came 3 and 1/2 hours later than I was told. I had someone cover for me while I was at a doctor appointment all for nothing.
