I’ve used RiteRug for the second time and am impressed yet again!! I worked with Christina Festa to help me pick my carpet and flooring and she is just a joy to work with! She is very patient and one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met…so kind! All of the installers are wonderful as well! Today I had the pleasure of having Paco and Abbey and they were wonderful and very efficient! So nice to have worked with them! I will use RiteRug again for future flooring needs!

Overall, it was a great experience. Communication with the carpet installers could have been better. Our only real complaint was that they used white quarter round and it didn’t match the flooring or the base of the wall. Our sales rep was fantastic and the house looks great!
