I had Rite Rug install a hickory hardwood floor in my rental condo and the floor looks great and Martin and his team of workers were very efficient, on time, and did excellent work. I love the floor and would recommend Rite Rug to my friends. Thanks!

I had excellent service with right rug on sawmill Road. Bruce was able to come out quickly and take measurements and the carpet was in an install with in a couple of weeks. The men who installed the carpeting were fast and very polite and they did an outstanding job!The overall experience was easy and very efficient!! Thank you Rite Rug👍🏻

The installation guys were RUDE and showed up with NO shoe covers or tarps!!! When we asked why, they threatened to leave. We ended up having to use our OWN sheets and towels to protect our clean carpet from their dirty work boots!! On top of that, there was a lot of extra carpet I told them to take when finished. They left the massive roll of extra carpet on my living room floor and my husband had to haul it back to the store HIMSELF!! The carpet itself looks good, but customer service goes a loooong way. Terrible experience! Delay in setting up installation and then have not finished the job and keep having to call to get it completed. Terrible customer service. Spent $13000 with this company.Would think would be more helpful.

Rite Rug ordered and installed the incorrect carpet. Customer service has been terrible to work with. Will never do business here again.

Crew that did vinyl flooring did a good job. The quoted price was based on square footage, and the 10% leftover planks included 10% extra cost for labor. Carpet install crew was not careful at all. Damaged some stair railing (and didn’t say anything about it) and they were really rough on the door frames. They pulled the old carpet up from the stairs and left the staples in the steps. When they ran out of carpet I asked that they at least remove the staples from the steps. The carpet installer said it wasn’t his job and left... read more
