Rite Rug ordered and installed the incorrect carpet. Customer service has been terrible to work with. Will never do business here again.

Crew that did vinyl flooring did a good job. The quoted price was based on square footage, and the 10% leftover planks included 10% extra cost for labor. Carpet install crew was not careful at all. Damaged some stair railing (and didn’t say anything about it) and they were really rough on the door frames. They pulled the old carpet up from the stairs and left the staples in the steps. When they ran out of carpet I asked that they at least remove the staples from the steps. The carpet installer said it wasn’t his job and left... read more

Great experience as a first time customer.
Everything was great when we first showed up and scheduled everything. Unfortunately, after that is when when everything went downhill, as soon as they had our money. The communication there after was just horrible. We were ghosted by the salesman on installation day. We were told people would be there at eight or nine, they didn’t end up showing up until noon. Without calling. I called and asked where are they? I was told that the crew that was showing up was a huge crew and not to worry they would bust it out. Well, they ... read more
