Everything was great when we first showed up and scheduled everything. Unfortunately, after that is when when everything went downhill, as soon as they had our money. The communication there after was just horrible. We were ghosted by the salesman on installation day. We were told people would be there at eight or nine, they didn’t end up showing up until noon.
