Good customer service on helping us find the right carpet for our stair runner. High quality, skilled and speedy installation.
Everything went great. I am extremely pleased.
Shawn pope is amazing. Fast, accurate, and to the point. Installers were very polite and called ahead as promised. The only concern is that newly painted trim was chipped during the install and no one said anything. While it’s not the end of the world that I am going to buy a quart of paint and touch up, it should have been communicated and perhaps a very small discount could have been applied as it will cost both time and money to remedy.
Carpet was promptly ordered and installed.
From the minute I walked into the store until the installers left the house, the experience was very easy, everyone was super pleasant and professional. We have used RiteRug several times and highly recommend.
The installation went very well. 4 bedrooms under 3 hours. They installers were very efficient without incident. Our salesman was very informative and provided great detail in the quality of our product.
