Our experience with the store/purchasing the floor was good. However, there were issues with the install and damage to our wall and there is zero support from the store at that point and everything is done through the company’s customer service. The purchasing/install rating would be around 3/5 but be aware that you are on your own if there are issues. Issues with install included laying LVP stair nose over a carpeted stair since the didn’t remove that part of our carpet. Our stairs don’t have any carpet on them except the ... read more
