Exactly as I would have hoped. No issues to note. Quick install.
From the very beginning our salesman did a great job of helping us review colors and selections. We were trying to match an earlier product we had from Rite Rug for the rest of the house. The earlier product was 15 years before and still looked amazing! So with help we found a match and redid our kitchen, laundry room, master closet and master bath. The price of the floors were fair and the labor was inexpensive. We will always return to rite rug first for our flooring options!
Jamie at the store was very helpful and appeared knowledgeable on the different carpet styles. Ease of picking what we wanted was great. Quick scheduling. Installer was professional, worked efficiently and left the place clean!

Carpet was exactly what we were looking for. Price was good. Carpet installer was right on time. Did a great job for us. Highly recommend him. All in all it was a good experience.
Excellent! The sales associate, Jamie Payne, was extremely nice and swiftly help me find exactly what I was looking for at the right price. The install crew was very professinal, did a good job and was prompt and courteous. As a remodeling contractor I was extremely pleased with everything.
The product is beautiful and the in store part was nice (not pushy, a lot of options). But the installation was not good. The floor looks good, but they absolutely destroyed my walls, including taking pieces out of the wall. They left piles of trash in my front yard. They took my railings off and never put them back on. The communication was also lacking and I had no idea they had even finished and showed up to find no one there.
Your effort to make this event successful was very much appreciated. Thanks again, for your attention to detail and. sticking to your commitments.
