The product is beautiful and the in store part was nice (not pushy, a lot of options). But the installation was not good. The floor looks good, but they absolutely destroyed my walls, including taking pieces out of the wall. They left piles of trash in my front yard. They took my railings off and never put them back on. The communication was also lacking and I had no idea they had even finished and showed up to find no one there.
Your effort to make this event successful was very much appreciated. Thanks again, for your attention to detail and. sticking to your commitments.

Very nice and professional staff at the Rite Rug in Dublin. Don Lawson was very helpful assisting me in my carpet selection style and color. I’m glad I got the heavier pad. The installation went very smoothly. It took around 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Don and the Rite Rug store in the future.
