Shawn pope is amazing. Fast, accurate, and to the point. Installers were very polite and called ahead as promised. The only concern is that newly painted trim was chipped during the install and no one said anything. While it’s not the end of the world that I am going to buy a quart of paint and touch up, it should have been communicated and perhaps a very small discount could have been applied as it will cost both time and money to remedy.
