I had Rite Rug install a hickory hardwood floor in my rental condo and the floor looks great and Martin and his team of workers were very efficient, on time, and did excellent work. I love the floor and would recommend Rite Rug to my friends. Thanks!
Price was good and installation went as planned.
I had excellent service with right rug on sawmill Road. Bruce was able to come out quickly and take measurements and the carpet was in an install with in a couple of weeks. The men who installed the carpeting were fast and very polite and they did an outstanding job!The overall experience was easy and very efficient!! Thank you Rite Rug👍🏻
The installation guys were RUDE and showed up with NO shoe covers or tarps!!! When we asked why, they threatened to leave. We ended up having to use our OWN sheets and towels to protect our clean carpet from their dirty work boots!! On top of that, there was a lot of extra carpet I told them to take when finished. They left the massive roll of extra carpet on my living room floor and my husband had to haul it back to the store HIMSELF!! The carpet itself looks good, but customer service goes a loooong way.
