I had excellent service with right rug on sawmill Road. Bruce was able to come out quickly and take measurements and the carpet was in an install with in a couple of weeks. The men who installed the carpeting were fast and very polite and they did an outstanding job!The overall experience was easy and very efficient!! Thank you Rite Rugšš»Ā
The installation guys were RUDE and showed up with NO shoe covers or tarps!!! When we asked why, they threatened to leave. We ended up having to use our OWN sheets and towels to protect our clean carpet from their dirty work boots!! On top of that, there was a lot of extra carpet I told them to take when finished. They left the massive roll of extra carpet on my living room floor and my husband had to haul it back to the store HIMSELF!! The carpet itself looks good, but customer service goes a loooong way. Terrible experience! Delay in setting up installation and then have not finished the job and keep having to call to get it completed. Terrible customer service. Spent $13000 with this company.Would think would be more helpful.Ā
