I have used rite Rug for all my homes over the years, recently I had Rite Rug install new hardwood floors in my new build home, a problem occurred when the workers finished and I noticed both glue on the floor and some of the joints on the floor boards were exposed at the header board. I contacted Christine S******** from Rite Rug, she immediately had the workers return and correct their mistake, although the job still was not correct, Christine responded with a great solution that satisfied me. Rite Rug replaced the carpet on my upstairs and did a fantastic job. Their Sales Rep, Rachel, was extremely helpful and informative in helping with the carpet selection. The pricing was very affordable as well.

We trust Rite Rug to do quality work at a fair price. We have worked with Jade and Jordan at the Heath store and their patience and willingness to work with us is amazing. Urban installed plank flooring at our office for them and told me to call if I saw any problems. We had some very uneven areas and at the end of a run it separated. I called Lakeisha in customer care and she set up a time to have it repaired and did it with a smile. Urban came out and made the repair in short order. I was very pleased with RiteRug from start to finish! Jim S******** was very professional and made sure I was aware of all the options for vinyl plank flooring that they carry. He was understanding when I had to postpone the job and he drove the van himself over 2 hours away to pick up the flooring I wanted so that it could be installed as soon as possible! I love my hardwood flooring! I did experience an issue, but Amanda in the Customer Service Department, was absolutely wonderful. I knew that she would see to it that I was happy. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was 100 percent thrilled with my floor.

We were first time carpet buyers so it was all new to us. Rick at the north High St. store was very helpful and was able to answer all our questions. No high pressure. After the install we did have a few issues. It turns out our old vacuum cleaner was pulling up strands of the new carpet. We ended up having to purchase a soft carpet vacuum cleaner for this type of carpet. We also had an issue with several strands in just a few places had come up. In August 2019, Our church had new carpet installed by Rite Rug and to my complete amazement they handle this huge job with the greatest of ease. Everything I could have hoped for was done, and Amanda E*** was outstanding in the Customer Service Department guiding me through the process, and working overtime to make sure the out comes were near prefect. I believe they deserve 5 stars for the great work they had done.
