Gene was our salesman and could not have been nicer- we had a time crunch since Lowe’s could not get our carpet installed as promised. Gene was able to order our carpet and get installed within 6 business days- fabulous! They were also cheaper then Lowe’s- pleasant surprise.Gene was professional and friendly- will definitely come back to him and RIte Rug.
Excellent experience from first visiting the store. Very knowledgeable and no pressure. Product and installation was great and we were refunded for materials that were not needed.
I was referred by a friend to RiteRug and they didn't disappoint. The salesperson in the was helpful explaining the different types of carpeting, but not pushy. The carpet I ordered arrived in less than a week. The installers called me to provide me an ETA and once they arrived went straight to work. They were finished in 2hrs and even took the old pad and carpeting with them. I would definitely recommend RiteRug to a friend.

On July 9th Jeff Kayser came to our condo and measured for carpeting and flooring. We went to the Powell Ohio store and picked out carpet and flooring the same day. We called, the next day, to tell Jeff we were going to cancel the flooring and just get the carpeting. Jeff was audibly very unhappy.. He came to lay the flooring on the 15th but unfortunately we hadn’t closed yet. I take responsibility for that mixup. Then he sent his crew to lay the carpeting in, and the painters were here. Installers were amazing but you sent heavily souls carpet to my home which is unacceptable, dirty on backing and the edges. I had more faith in you than that. I need a rebate, I sent pictures to my sales man. Kay Guenther
Rite rug did a poor job of sending me dirty carpet on the backing and around all the edging, not something I have every experience
