We are not happy with our experience. We waited for more than 5 hours before we learned the problem. For the first time, we went for a car service with River City Hyundai we were not offered a loner by the agent. We won’t be able to bring our car home because the short block needs to be replaced it cost a lot of money. He offered us an Uber. So we have to go home and spend $800 plus for some parts that they replaced with a car that has alot more problem to deal with.

The service agent started with my service and then took a call making me wait. It told to long as I moved to another agent. She did take good care of me. The odds of returning to Riverside is very slim

I made an appointment a week ahead, dropped my car off the evening before so it was ready for a 7:30 appointment. I specifically asked to be phoned when the car was in the shop. Never heard a thing. I phoned at around 10 snd confirmed what work I wanted done, phoned again at 12 and 2:30 and got the impression the car hadn’t even been looked at. It sucked. Came in for a recall that took 10 minutes and then an hour later had to ask where was my car, to find out it was low on oil when they did their check. I was not advised or asked how I would like to proceed! Received a text saying they were sorry I missed my appointment????? Won’t be going back.
I went to rivercity hyudai I accepted sevice 1 which was include car wash , car tire air pressure check up , vaccum mats , inspect and lubricate latches - hinges- locks , fluids top up But i just got only oil change nothing else. Hi guys When I went to river city hyundai for transmission service it's 100040 km only 40 km above from warranty. After they change transmission oil my car gear start slippery. Then they told me to come to visit I went there back 110000km they didn't found any code and they sent me home. Then again I went there 126000km they said they feel hard shifting but no code they sent me home .
