One thing I had an issue with was that I didn’t know when I traded my car in and my loan was paid off that I had to contact ford credit myself to have a stop payment done. I wasn’t told this and the payment was taken out of my account. I assumed that when my loan was paid my payments stop so I wasn’t told by anyone I had anything more to do.

This is a great dealership. I purchased my car there about a year ago and had a great sales experience without any heavy pressure, especially with all those “extras” that most dealerships try to sell you. I have just recently had my vehicle serviced there and it’s all done promptly and efficiently. The very roomy waiting area is very comfortable with a selection of complimentary fountain beverages or Starbucks coffee. This is definitely a recommended dealership for sales and service.
I have been coming to Rivercity for about a year now. Have had some major services done and really impressed with the workmanship and the people in the service department. I’ve been driving and dealing with dealerships for about 45 years and I can honestly say that you guys are the best.
Brought my 2019 Hyundai Elantra here to be diagnosed in relation to a recall that was previously issued on my vehicle. I’ve researched this recall a bunch, watched tons of videos of 2016-2020 Elantras with this exact engine noise and oil consumption issue, and it all aligns with my vehicles exact problems. Fucking awful
I did ask if they could vacuum the inside and wash the outside but it did not get done.so I was disappointed when they said they could. I also still have the maintenance sensor on .
