Been with Riverbank animal hospital for long time. Today I got to meet a new Vet Dr. Phillips who i really liked. Hope they keep him on. He was caring and clear with the examination with my dog. He answered all mine and husband's questions. The tech and other staff were very friendly too.

The staff and vets are awesome and very thorough and truly work with you and your furbaby. The staff is so nice, great environment. And they do military discounts on services. So thankful to be a client with them.

3 benign growths removed cost? 475 give or take a couple dollars, pain meds and antibiotics included.....they did Langstons ears when I first got him as a puppy animal hospital jacksonville wanted to charge 1200 for one growth to be removed......it can get busy there, but it's worth the drive, especially for your fur babies great job to all the people there

Everytime I go to Riverbank I have a great experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and the prices are very fair. I live in Raleigh and choose to take time off work and drive here for my animals because the prices are insanely more affordable, and they seem to genuinely care about your animal without pushing insane costly things they don't need. I wish I got her name but the front desk girl who is blonde is so sweet and helpful.

Found some kittens in my barn with serious eye infections. My regular vet was closed and the nearest vet in Goldsboro said they were booked up, but she recommended Riverbank because they take walk-ins and gave me their number. Riverbank said they could see us and to come on in. We had an excellent experience that was more than worth the drive to Kinston. I am so very thankful for River Bank Animal Hospital. First of all, they do not take appointments so be patient and understand that you may have a long wait, especially on the days where they only have one veterinarian. The positive is that you CAN go in without an appointment and you will be seen rather than waiting weeks to get in with an appointment only vet. My dog and I had a WONDERFUL experience. I board my Boykin Spaniel, Perry, at Riverbank Animal Hospital. The staff there especially Christy, Sherri and Taylor are the nicest people and are always helpful and courteous! They take great care of Perry and it is much appreciated by my wife and me!

I wish I could give this facility MANY more stars! They are AMAZING to speak to, and they truly love animals! We boarded our new puppy, Jack, there for a short weekend getaway. The kennel staff was amazing!! They treated him as their own, sent videos, and loved on him as we would have! He was slightly underaged for his boarding vaccine, but they kept him separated and protected. He was thrilled to see us but a little sad to go! We LOVE Riverbank!

Today our sweet girl had to be euthanized. The entire staff showed compassion and support through the entire process. Our girl had been having a lot of medical issues before we came to Riverbank Animal Hospital the first time (her normal vet couldn't fit her in and we came for emergency care). I wish that we would've had Riverbank as our primary vet prior to that Emergency visit. The entire team listened to my concerns.
