I love this clinic! Sometimes there is a wait, but it is worth it. The techs and vets are great, very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. They don't try to "upswell" me to pay for services my dog doesn't really need. They are very affordable! Most importantly, they diagnosed issues on two occasions that other vets missed. They treat their animals with love and tender care I have used them for over 10 years no complaints my dog Zeus loves them so do I The facility is very clean they have the personality that you want to be around animal lovers
Riverbank offers excellent veterinary care for my pets as well as low cost spay/neuter. I care for a small colony of feral cats in New Bern & wouldn't be able to prevent them from breeding without Riverbank's generous policy. I love the walk in anytime feature! Riverbank staff are professional, caring, thorough, compassionate and will work with you to ensure your pets get the best care possible!
Absolutely WONDERFUL!! Always caring and professional!! I rescue cats and bring them to Riverbank and they always help me keep the babies healthy. The staff is very kind. Can't say enough about them!
There are not adequate words to express how grateful I am for the kindness and caring shown by each of the staff at Riverbank Animal Hospital. I have been taking my two fur babies to Riverbank for several years and as of today, my grand fur baby became a new patient. I can't say enough great things about Riverbank. They try really hard to work with my work schedule when I have to leave an Animal for a spay or neuter. They have fees based on income as well. The staff, while extremely busy, are always helpful and friendly. We live in new Bern and so it is a bit of a drive for us but believe me it is well worth it.
I truly cannot day enough good things about this fantastic Vet Hospital!! We moved here from another State, so I was a bit apprehensive about finding a new Veterinarian. Not long after moving here, my big sweet Lab rescue got an ear infection. I called every vet hospital in New Bern and the quickest I could be fit in was in a week!! I was in a panic! We got our new Amstaff puppy and wanted to get his ears cropped . Riverbank was recommended to us by our veterinarian but we were told it was about an hour & a half drive away. Since the beginning the girls there were so kind and courteous. The very 1st day I was sent quotes on the high and low end & a list of what all our options were... All 7 of our GSDS have been patients of Riverbank Animal Hospital for the past 30 years. The new facility is VERY NICE AND CLEAN and equipped with essential veterinary medical equipment to provide timely diagnosis and treatment and referral when needed. The Veternarian shows and discuss with you their assessment and discuss with you treatment options for your pet so you are actively involved in your pets treatment plan of care.
