DO NOT BRING YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!! I brought my dog in for simple dental work and they almost performed a surgery on her meant for another dog. They didn't realize their mistake until after they had shaved her down and prepped her for surgery. Took my Doberman there for ear cropping . Look like they used shears to do it with. Went to pick him up, they brought him to me still bleeding and advised not to cover them until the next day just hold pressure until the bleeding stopped . Charged me $638.00 and had to take him to "Nash Animal Hospital " when they fixed Riverbanks screwup ! Lawyer said I could file but I'm not that type of person !
they suck and only care about the money the pets are nothing more than money makers don't waste your time and go to bank and draw your money from your saving. These people don't care about your pets my dog is dying from a severe tooth infection and they refused care because I questioned their post op care which they do not have unless you have money.of I could have given a 0 I would have.if I could I would blow the place up wishful thinking but who knows what someone else would do. Riverbank Animal Hospital is NØT the place to take YOUR PETS specially if they are Real Sick!! Just Because The place Look good on the outside doesn't mean the Veterans are good veterans on the inside!! They sent me and my Pets home with medicine on top of that They didn't take them to get they Weight check they had on they paperwork for one Weight (0) the other pets they had)2.06) for her that a new born size weight!! Doctors are great. But this place needs serious help. They are high undermanned and never seem to be able to help you. You call they never answer, maybe 25 min later only to be places on hold.
they don't answer their phones it's very annoying especially when you have just been there and you want to ask questions about the meds i just bought i have two cats and i think they put the wrong name on the bottle i had to google what the med was for and it seems to me they got the wrong name on it but these are our 4 legged children and to be so concerned and they not answering their phones not even a voice box to leave a message is very unprofessional i'm so darn upset right now and of course they are going to be closi... read more
The wait time at this vet is nuts! They don't allow appointments. The receptionist are always mad, as if they are pissed to be at work. Once you get to a room, your going to wait a few more hours.
My husband and I took our little Doxie in yesterday for a consultation (second opinion) only to be told that there was only one vet on board that day. We waited until the waiting room cleared out which was about 2 and 1/2 hours and was then led to an office where we waited another 45 minutes. This is unacceptable. We left the building as we should have been advised of the wait long before they let us sit there for so long. We will not be back. This is the same procedure at this facility even for surgery patients.
Dog had a couple bad teeth. So carried her in for cleaning and extraction... Got a call by vet tech saying they may have to pull all her teeth because 2 of them fell out while cleaning them..... Doctor didn't complete the job because she jerked during sedation.... Got bill ... Charged for 2 extractions that fell out during cleaning.... Beware of bogus charges and incomplete services
